Launched in 2001 and inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra , Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, and Dr Batras' Positive Health Foundation is a charitable trust with a positive bent of mind. So far more than 1600 patients have benefited from the foundation. This fund attempts to touch as many people as possible. A kind effort to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance of quality healthcare!

Branches of the clinic join hands with social organization and adopt orphanages and old-age homes and provide life-long free treatment and/or other service to the inmates.
