With Average (WA): A marine insurance term meaning that shipment is protected for partial damage whenever the damage exceeds a stated percentage.

Absolute Advantage: A country has an absolute advantage if its output per unit of input of all goods and services produced is higher than that of another country. Hawks & Doves: These are terms often used to describe members of the Federal Reserves FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee).

Zoning: The creation of districts by local governments in which specific types of property uses are authorized (e.g., commercial, industrial, residential, high density, mixed use). Killer Bees: Those who aid a company in fending off a takeover bid, usually investment bankers who devise strategies to make the target less attractive or more difficult to achieve.
