Question.1) What are the recent changes you have seen in the working style of current generation with that of the older one?
Answer: Yes there are lot of differences in the working style, the current generation is more innovative and zealous then the older one but at the some places “old is gold” due to the mushrooming of professionals colleges the present generation unable to get right education, the need for which is always felt in the job. Current generation medical professional’s only concentrations on short-term treatment, they are not finding the root cause of problem.
Question.2) “Medical profession diverted from service to profit motive” Do you think so?
Answer: Not exactly medical profession is still working with the service motive instead of profit motive there are many hospitals that are providing good treatment reasonable cost, there are few hospitals which charges high medical cost but at the same time they provide you better facilities for which cost may be termed as reasonable.
Question.3) Do you think ethics is important in medical profession?
Answer: Yes I think ethics is very much important for medical professional. It is a part of the medical field without ethics medical field cannot be thought of, it is the doctor’s responsibility to serve the sociality not to earn profit. In some cases doctors have been found convicted but these are very often.
Question.4) What is the reason behind the spread of swine flu?
Answer: Yes, this is a serious case and not only is our country, whole world facing this trouble. and the reason behind this is that unawareness among the people .they do not know that how they can be infected by this infection .they are not taking precautions so that they are being infected. Precautions is the only thing by that you can keep safe yourself.
Question.5): Now a day’s more people are doing the professional course, and the professional course are the symbol of self employment but in India the self employment are very less. So why people don’t want to be a self employer.
Answer: It is good symbol for India that people are more inclined to do the vocational/ professional course. Professional course means, you then become the specialist for a particular type of Job. But being an entrepreneur you need a lot of knowledge from different fields. People in India still don’t have enough money to spend their lives with comfort. So maximum people concentrate on earning and spending for the daily basic needs, then how can a man invest their hard earned money for non-promising business. If any people have got to take the risk then he can start business.
Question 6).Is there any opportunity for an MBA student in this hospital?
Answer: Normally we recruit a person having specialized degree in medical stream, apart from that we prefer master of hospital administration instead of an MBA.
Question.7) According to you which one is better i.e. yoga or gym for young India?
Answer: Both are important and both have their own importance. I would suggest to everyone that they should save some time for physical work at least they can do jogging which will keep them fit and yoga will give them some mental relief. both are good it depends person to person that what they prefer.

Answer: See, as I said that it depends person to person that what they prefer but when we talk about yoga it’s true that yoga is very popular among the peoples because as I think this is perfect for everyone, you are young or old it dose not matter even small children can also do without any problem.
Question.9) What message would you like to give to the Younger generation?
Answer: As we know that our country is in the hand of the Younger generation so there is a lot of responsibility to the young people .But what we see that today’s generation is finding a short cut way to earn money and they want to rich within very few time. So I will suggest them to work very hard and always follow the right path to find a success of their life.
Question.10) Do this hospital take help of any advertisement for customer awareness?
Answer: No we don’t adopt any advertisement for customer awareness it is an unethical in medical practice. Awareness and publicity is done through word of mouth and better satisfaction to our patients.
Question 11) Being a senior doctor of this hospital, what are your personal and professional responsibilities?
Answer) - I have to look after both of these, my personal responsibilities includes care of the workers interest and needs, right wages at the right time and regarding professional responsibilities, I have to give sufficient time to witness my patient with full efforts and effectiveness.
Question 12) How you spend your leisure times?
Answer) I used to go to walk every day. Besides that I love net surfing. It help me to update myself with the current happenings as well as I can enhance my knowledge. I listen to music and read Books also.
Question 13) Do you think that doctors should get retirement after the age of 60 years?
Answer) Yes. But in special cases their advice must be consulted as experience matters the most.

Answer) In current scenario Management has a huge demand. Even Doctors are doing management courses. The pharmaceutical companies now prefer MBAs. The Hospital Management is there. So you need to know the basics of management. I’ll tell management has a great future.

Answer) In my point of view life is the most precious gift given by God which should be enjoyed by all. Every person are given life so we should think of doing some great work so that every person would remember us.
